Sam is an experienced paramedic and critical care transport specialist with a career spanning frontline 911 response, interfacility transfers, and advanced clinical operations. He has been directly involved in whole blood program development at both South Lake Houston EMS and North Channel EMS, providing him with firsthand experience in the design, implementation, and management of field transfusion programs. His work has given him a deep understanding of the logistical, operational, and regulatory complexities that define modern pre-hospital care systems.
